Terms of Service

Occasionally a hamper will be returned to us if undeliverable. We will inform you via email within three business days of the hamper being returned to us. A redelivery fee will be passed on to you to facilitate the delivery of the hamper to the same or an alternate address.

In the rare event that your hamper or its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged, please contact us via phone or email. We will require photos so that we can assess the extent of the damage or issues with the product. We will work with you to determine the best outcome, whether it be a replacement, refund or credit note. We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 30 days.

Our hampers are dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being received. Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, please email (hello@thelocavorium.com.au) or call us on 0414997796 immediately.

Once orders have been dispatched to our couriers, they cannot be amended or cancelled.

In the rare event that you or your recipient are not happy with the hamper or its contents, please contact us directly to discuss any concerns within 30 days of receiving your hamper and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

The Locavorium supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is an offense to supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

If ordering hampers containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18.

The Locavorium takes no responsibility for incorrect use of products, including usage and storage.

By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website.

The Locavorium respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors. We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We undertake to take all due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.
